亚布温馨提示：此日对于初次进藏的游客来说非常关键。拉萨含氧量只有内地的65%，多数客人会出现不同程度的高原反应。除了保持平常心态以外，多饮水多吃水果、充分的休息是预防高原反应的还不错办法。还要做到不饮酒少抽烟，当晚不要洗澡。

一、1号线和2号线，门票价格不同（淡季门票：1号100，2号线50），参观范围不同。
二、1号线：看红宫的几个殿堂，有名的是圣观音殿；2号线：看红宫以下的殿，有名的是五世达赖陵塔殿。
三、这两条线是不重复的，重合的地方就是西大殿，也就是参观了1号线的就不能走2号线的景点，参观了2号线的就不能走1号线的景点。殿堂来说，1号线多一点，但也多不到多少。
四、文旅局专门发了文件，不能以客人参观1号线或2号线做为投诉依据。

晚間抵達後藏行政中心-日喀則市。

後沿拉孜返回日喀則市。

晚間觀看《文成公主》晚會，講述了1300多年前唐朝文成公主與吐蕃藏王松贊幹布和親的歷史故事。全劇分為五幕，時長約90分鐘，演出人員共計800餘名。

2、如遇（如交通延阻、罷工、自然災害、政策性調價、航班或車次取消或更改時間等）人力不可抗拒因素導致行程延誤、變更所產生的費用由雙方協商處理，因拉薩旅遊車屬於包車、酒店屬於長年包房，景區門票屬於優惠折扣門票或者享受政府免票政策。如果客人臨時自願放棄景點遊覽、車費、住宿等，費用均不退還。
3、旅遊團成團最低人數為2人，我社有權在出團前10天，因為沒有達到最低成團人數，而取消團隊並通知客人。若不能成團我社退還已收取的全部費用，不承擔其他責任和損失。
4、散客拼團客人入住酒店需自行在酒店繳納酒店房卡押金並請妥善保管押金收據，退房時憑收據和房卡在前臺結賬收回押金。同時酒店房間若有食品和日用品的，均屬於遊客自由自主消費物品，不包含在團費中，若遊客自由享用後，請離店時到前臺付費。酒店房間內的電話屬於自由消費，使用後請到前臺繳費。
5、貴重物品請隨身攜帶妥善保管，不可放在行李箱內，防止丟失，外出時請謹防小偷。如有遺失，我社不承擔賠償責任，我社會協助客人報案處理。
6、此團為散客拼團，有來自世界各國的遊客，因大交通、報名時間或其他原因造成的價格不同，請勿比價，敬請諒解。
7、部分景區內和沿途停留站點附近可能會有當地居民販賣的紀念品、土特產等，非我社提供服務，請遊客謹慎購買以免上當。沿途休息站（比如：加水點、廁所、加油站、路邊小賣部、洗車場、部分景區內）均不屬於購物範圍。沿途休息站點時，上下車請注意安全，沿途大部分廁所當地人都有收費，請主動付費。（請參團客人務必謹記）
8、請提前告之遊客，拉薩景區和景區之間路程較長，坐車時間超過2.5小時以上，請做好心裏準備，備好必要的乾糧和水。

12、旅途中，請遊客切記不要私自脫離團隊或改變行程；貴重財物請寄在賓館前臺，不可放在房間。

進藏須知
NOTICEFORENTERINGTIBET：
1、正確對待高原反應：拉薩的氧氣含量僅為平原的70%左右，大氣壓也較低。剛到高原，多數人都會感到不同程度的胸悶，氣短，呼吸困難等缺氧症狀，嚴重的會有頭痛、全身肌肉痛、失眠等症狀。但這並不說明您不能適應高原，這種反應是很正常的，所謂高原反應正是我們的身體正因為這樣的氣壓差，缺氧造成的不適所做出的對抗反應。
2、剛進入高原，不可暴飲暴食，以免加重消化器官的負擔，使其能很好地適應此環境。最好不要飲酒和吸煙。要多食蔬菜，水果等富含維他命的物質，多飲水，防止乾燥，特別是防曬用的唇膏、防曬霜等，每天堅持要用，可以有效防止水份的流失，可以增加身體的抵抗力。
3、初到高原，不可急速行走，更不能跑步，更不能做體力勞動，最好能用半天時間完全靜養休息，並要防止因受涼而引起的感冒。常用的預防高原反應的藥物：紅景天、西洋參、葡萄糖、速效救心丸等
4、如果你不清楚自己是否能參與西藏的旅行活動，建議你向有經驗的醫生請教，並且儘量本著穩健的原則。
5、按照中國國家旅遊局相關規定，由於遊客自身原因未能完成全部遊覽專案，或提前離藏，將被視為自動放棄旅遊，遊客所交團費均不退還。隨後產生一切後果由遊客自負，旅行社不承擔責任。
