1.永嘉路36号

Shanghai New Culture Square has been undergoing remarkable changes, contributing to the collective memories of several generations of Shanghai people and bearing witness to the pace of progress of Shanghai.

2.永嘉路291号慎成里
慎成里建成于1931年，是永嘉路上大的一条石库门里弄，弄内是坐北朝南的3层老式石库门房子，是上海迄今为止保留得比较完整的石库门建筑老弄堂。
291 Yongjia Road Shencheng Lane.
Built in 1931, Shencheng Lane is the largest Shikumen lane on Yongjia Road. Within the lane are three south-facing 3-storey old Shikumen houses. It is by far a relatively well-preserved lane of Shikumen building in Shanghai.

3.永嘉新村
永嘉新村是上海公寓式花园里弄的代表。堪称上海老房子市场上，新式里弄房子中的小区。
Yongjia New Village
Yongjia New Village is a representative of Shanghai apartment style garden lanes. It can be said to be the top community among the new style lane houses in old house market of Shanghai.

4.永嘉路321号
集益里，民主爱国人士的旧居。 新式里弄

Jiyi Lane, former residence of patriotic democratic personages. New style lane.

5.永嘉路345号
原名“庸村”。，巨商（闻兰亭）与政要（沈翌青）曾在这里居住，为新式里弄与洋房别墅。
345 Yongjia Road (about 50 meters)
Formerly known as Yongcun, a new style lane and garden house. Business tycoon (Wen Lanting) and political dignitary (Shen Yiqing) used to live here.

6.永嘉路371号
南田艺术学院旧址，国歌词作家田汉曾在这里创办了南田艺术学院，培养出了不少著名的作家、画家、音乐家、戏剧演员，如陈白尘、吴作人、郑君里、张曙等。这是一处新式石库门建筑。
371 Yongjia Road (about 35 meters)
Former site of Nantian Art Academy Tian Han. New style Shikumen buildings.
Built in 1927, the new style Shikumen buildings on 371-381 Yongjia Road were once the site of Nantian Art Academy founded by Tian Han, the librettist of the Chinese national anthem. The Academy has trained a number of noted writers, painters, musicians and performing artists.

7.永嘉路383号
孔祥熙寓所。英式乡村洋房。这栋红顶白墙的英国式花园住宅在1976年后由上海电影译制厂使用。
383 Yongjia Road (about 100 meters)Residence of Kong Xiangxi, a British country style house.
This British country style house with red roofs and white walls used by Shanghai Film Dubbing Studio after 1976.

8.永嘉路396号
正蕃小筑亦或止蕃小筑？ 梧桐掩映下的联体别墅。
正蕃小筑建立于1941年，原名“止蕃小筑”，由陈止蕃建造。摄影大师郎静山1945年入住，并搭建小木屋作为工作室，许多经典名作在此诞生。
396 Yongjia Road (about 20 meters)
Zhengfan Villa or Zhifan Villa? It is a townhouse amid sycamore trees.
Built in 1941, Zhengfan Villa was formerly known as Zhifan Villa and constructed by Chen Zhifan. Photography master Chin-San Long stayed here in 1945 and built a little cabin to be used as a studio. Many classic works were born here.

9.永泰小区
小区混搭的建筑见证了上海近代居住的发展。

10.永嘉路501号
原宋子文故居。 德式城堡建筑。
永嘉路501号是一幢德国城堡式的假3层花园洋房，建于1928年，红色锥形塔楼里是螺旋楼梯。
501 Yongjia Road
Former residence of Song Ziwen, a German-style castle building.
Built in 1928, 501 Yongjia Road is a German castle faux 3-story garden house. Within the red coned tower are spiral stairs.

11.永嘉路555号
西爱咸斯花园洋房。永嘉路曾经的名字 “西爱咸斯”。房因路得名。
文学翻译家罗玉君曾居住在这里（代表译作《红与黑》等）。
555 Yongjia Road
Sieyes Garden House. Yongjia Road was formerly known as Route Herve de Sieyes. The garden house was named after the road.
Former residence of literature translator Luo Yujun (whose representative works include Le Rouge Et Le Noir)

中国燃料化工业的创始人吴光汉的旧居。

Visit the former residence of Wu Guanghan, founder of the Chinese fuel and chemical industry.

13.永嘉路590号
纺织大王吴昆生旧居。

Visit the former residence of old textile tycoon Wu Kunsheng.

14.永嘉路623号
教育家顾毓琇旧居。

Visit the former residence of educator Gu Yuxiu.

15.衡山路191号
永平里：徐汇区的又一时尚新地标，是一处连接衡山路和永嘉路的欧式风格步行街区，每个转角都有风景，错落有致的内部通道使永平里成为了一个静谧、悠闲的街区。
191 Hengshan Road
As a fashionable landmark in Xuhui District, Yongping lane is a European-style pedestrian street which connecting Hengshan Road and Yongjia Road. You can find landscapes in each corner, and the internal passages make the Yongping lane a quiet and leisurely place.

工作人员陪同至永平里，行程结束，工作人员结束工作，贵宾自由活动。
The itinerary ends with visit to the Shanghai New Culture Square. After the staff leave, you may make your sightseeing arrangement.
